Project Description
These works involved an extension to the existing hotel to facilitate the construction of a new leisure centre with refurbishment works througout. The leisure centre included a 16 metre deck level heated swimming pool, a childrens pool, Jacuzzi, sauna & steam room, a fully equipped state of the art Gymnasium, a Holistic Therapy suite and wet/dry locker changing facilities. The hotel itself remained fully functional throughout were carried out in a live environment. The main access to the building was through the main hotel carpark which also was kept fully functioning through. This essentially made this a footprint site where the sequencing and timing of the works became critical
