Construction works included an extension to the existing light industrial building of 10,000 sq. ft and associated site works. The project was located in a confined site where the existing building will be fully operational throughout the construction programme. Demolition works consisted of the removal of existing steel columns and cladding along the existing eastern elevation, the installation of new foul and storm drainage complete with storm attenuation area, the installation of an additional fire hydrant and relocation of a fire hydrant with mechanical and electrical installations.
