Project Description
This project involved the demolition of an existing town centre Garda Station and the construction on a footprint site of a new architecturally significant building with a GFA of 11,500 sq. ft. A large proportion of the central core of the building was finished in architectural concrete included in a self finished spiral concrete staircase. The majority of the insitu concrete frame was permanently exposed in public areas.
