Project Description
This project involved the refurbishment of the existing ARA building located at Cork University Hospital. The project involved constant communication and co-operation with the Cork University Hospital Maintenance Department to ensure the seamless isolation and re-connection of numerous utilities during the demolition and subseqent renovation of the ARA unit. Works were phased to minimise disruption to staff, patients and visitors and the control of dust and noise was paramount.
