Murnane & O’Shea Ltd., were contracted to refurbish their offces on the Model Farm Road, Cork.  Works included a full refit of floors, removal and replacement of services, fit out works, decoration works and external site works.

Murnane & O’Shea Ltd., are now registered contractors on the SEAI Registrered List of Contractors under the Home Energy Saving Scheme. This scheme provides assistance from the SEAI by way of fixed grants towards the costs of implementing upgrade measures. COPE Foundation Residential Facility, Mayfield, Cork

Murnane & O’Shea Ltd. are delighted to announce that contracts have been signed and work has commenced for the above project with the COPE Foundation. Works will include the construction of six new residential units to provide independent living quarters for its patrons and all external site works.

Murnane & O’Shea Ltd. are delighted to announce that contracts have been signed for the above project with the COPE Foundation. Works will include internal demolitions to existing structures, internal alterations, new single storey extension, upgrading of m&e services and site ancillary works.

Conservation Works at St. Matthews Church

Murnane & O’Shea Ltd. in association with Jack Coughlan Associates & The Fanlobbus Union of Parishes began works on St. Matthews Church, Drimoleague.  Works included roof slating and associated roof repair works.  This Church is a protected structure (RPS. No. 00963).  Works began in January 2010 and should be completed for March 2010.

Doneraile Wildlife Park works on behalf of the Office of Public Works

Murnane & O’Shea are delighted to announce their partnership with the Office of Public Works on the construction works to the Doneraile Wildlife Park, Doneraile, Co. Cork. These works comprise of utility ducting, public lighting and CCTV installation, resurfacing of roads, footpaths and carparks together with surface water drainage, landscaping and associated siteworks.

New Medical Healthcare Facility, Carrigtwohill, Co. Cork

Murnane & O’Shea have commenced work on a new medical healthcare facility in Carrigtwohill, Co. Cork. The project consists of the construction of a two storey building to include 6 treatment/surgery rooms, physiotherapy room and ancillary medical rooms and all external site works and 18 no. car spaces.

 

 

The National Monuments Centre for the Office of Public Works

Murnane & O’Shea are delighted to announce their partnership with the Office of Public Works on the construction works to the National Monuments Centre in Mallow, Co. Cork.  This project involves the internal upgrading & renovation of the existing two storey building with an additional single storey extension.

St. Patrick’s Girls & Infant School – Contract Signing

Murnane & O’Shea are delighted to be awarded with the contract for the re-roofing and the internal fire upgrade to the existing St. Patrick’s Girls School, Gardiner’s Hill, Cork.  Defective concrete spalling repair works will also be carried out.  The school will remain open so all work will be carried out in a live environment.
