Cube Cork – Office Fit Out
The project consists of the fitting out a New Reception area (18,000 sq ft) and the third floor (22,500 sq ft) with the provision of new windows and other minor works for new office space.
Hegarty’s Mace – Extension Works Complete
This project involved part-demolition of rear annexes to the existing building and the construction of a new extension. It incorporated the enlargement of the shop and overhead stores, including internal layout changes, refurbishment, fire safety improvements and all associated works.
New Respite Facility and Children’s Services for Enable Ireland
The development comprises the construction of a single storey Respite House, associated ancillary accommodation and site boundary treatment together with change of use of the existing building (former all-purpose Hall) to new use as Enable Ireland Services Building for Children and Adult Service users with physical disabilities containing offices, meeting rooms, staff accommodation, conference facilities, treatment rooms, hydrotherapy pool, pre-school and all associated ancillary accommodation.
Official Launch of Heathfield Showhouse – Saturday 13th April at 12pm-2pm
Saturday 13th April is the Official Date for the Launch of the 4 Bed Semi Detached Showhouse. Opening times are 12pm-2pm on Saturday and also Sunday 14th April.
Dassault Systèmes Official Opening
Dassault Systèmes opened their new office in Phoenix House, Monahan Road, Cork on 21 March 2019. The French Ambassador H.E. Stéphane Crouzat presided over the opening ceremony with Simon Coveney, Tánaiste & Minister for Foreign Affairs & Trade, and Cllr. Mick Finn, Lord Mayor of Cork City Council, with many members of the French and Irish business communities in attendance.
Dassault Systèmes, which is headquartered in Paris and employs over 17,000 staff worldwide, are showing their long-term commitment to Cork with their office expansion. This new state of the art office in Phoenix House which Murnane & O’Shea were the Fit Out Contractors has doubled the capacity of the previous office in an area of the docklands which is going through considerable growth.
The Dassault Systèmes team in Cork has a historic expertise in the Life Science industry but more recently has evolved into other industries such as aerospace, automotive and high tech.
Dassault Systems Office Fit-Out nears completion
This project consists of the fitting out of fourth floor of Phoenix House to create office accommodation to fulfill the requirements and layout of Dassault Systems Ltd.
Works included the following:
* Removal and modification of ceilings and raised floors.
* Provision of partitions to form enclosures for tenant designated uses.
* Glazed Pods for meeting room usage
* Hot desks & relaxation areas
* Mechanical Fit-out.
* Electrical Fit-out.
* Finishes to all wall and floor surfaces.
* Fitting of a shell stair-core inclusive of finishes handrail, balustrading.
* Manifestation design to all glazed panels as per client brand guidelines
NorthWest Generation Project is progressing
Works at the North West Quarter Regeneration {Phase 2A}, Knocknaheeney, Cork which had commenced in June 2018, are well underway. To date the construction for the first 11 nr. 3 storey houses are up to first floor level with the apartments commenced and utility services and traffic realignment completed for what is required at present.
