Project Description
These works provided a new carpark with capacity for 100 cars involving the use of grasscrete paving throughout at the Wildlife Park. Included in these works were the provision of 1000 m2 of ‘Bodum’ gravel to parkland paths, provision of 800m2 of bark and chip paths, provision of 3000m of telecom and electrical ducting, road realignment and provision of kerbs, proviision of new street lighting and security camera’s, remedial work to existing 18th Century ‘hump back’ bridge and the provision of an array of site fittings such as benches, bollards, bicycle stands and extensive signage installation. Works were carried out during the summer months and extensive traffic management plans were put in place to ensure safety of the public.
