Project Description
This facility is a 100 bedded HSE facility that has 75 Care of the Older Person beds and 25 beds for Young Chronic Sick residents. It is a new purpose-built Community Nursing Unit that aims to provide a home away from home in a person-centred environment. This project consisted of the gas installation works and civil works including retaining walls and concrete hardstanding. – Phasing of Works to minimise Disruption to staff, patients and visitors and dust control and noise restrictions were in place for the duration of the programme
