Project Description
Refurbishment Works of the Rathass Ward at Kerry General Hospital. Works were completed in a ‘live’ hospital environment. Programming & phasing of these works were to a tight schedule as award shut down period of two weeks was allowed therefore procurement of subcontractors and materials was critical. Hot work permits required throughout and care required to avoid impinging on the remainder of the buildings fire safety strategies.
