Project Description
This project was the redevelopment of approximately 546msq of the existing Day Procedures Unit, located on the first floor of the existing hospital campus above the existing Accident and Emergency Department. Works werecarried out in a live building with particular care required when tying in services. Phasing of Works to minimise Disruption to staff, patients and visitors, management of Specialist Electrical & Mechanical Subcontractors and dust control and noise restrictions
