Project Description
These works involved the roof replacement and repair to the existing building. The removal of the existing roof finishes, total area in excess of 2,500 m2 and replacement with new roof finishes throughout and edge protection works to the remaining roof structure. These works were carried out as part of the Summer Works Scheme and these works were undertaken during the school holidays causing minimal disruption with a strict schedule of works adhered too
