Project Description
This contract involved the demolition of the majority of 3 buildings in a town centre footprint site in Skibbereen, Co. Cork and the construction of a new 3 storey Credit Union building with a GFA of 2500m2 constructed of a steel frame structure with both pitched and flat roofs and in-situ concrete floors cladded with a mixture of masonry, timber cladding and curtain walling.
