Clarendon Brook, Douglas Phase 2 now Complete
This Turnkey development’s second phase has been constructed on behalf of Cork County Council, is now completed. Works completed at Ard Na Ri, Banduff
A turnkey development for Cork City Council of 20 Residential Units consisting of 14 no. 3 Bed Semi Detached Houses and 6 no. 3 Bed Townhouses on the Banduff Road, developed adjacent to the existing Ard Na Ri Estate, built over two phases with the first phase now complete and handed over to the Council.
